- UK Imported Products: Selected clothing, footwear, jackets and ready-to-wear pieces are imported from the UK and may take approximately 10–12 working days for delivery.
- Pakistan-Based Products: Jewelry, watches, bags, pouches, eyewear, customized dresses and other locally available items are delivered within 7 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on product availability, customization and courier service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, significant color difference, or a quality issue that does not meet our promised standards, you may be eligible for a return and full refund.
However, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect choice, or sizing preference, provided the product has been delivered as described and is free from defects.
For customized or made-to-order items, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item has a manufacturing or quality defect.
